The app stores favorites, your last selection, volume, the optional touch feedback setting, and some drawing or palette choices on your iPhone. Fuppo does not send these preferences to us.

Retention and deletion

Preferences remain on your device until you delete the app or clear the website's browser data. Fuppo does not receive these preferences and cannot delete them remotely. Device backups are controlled by your operating system and backup settings.

If you contact support, we keep your message and email address while handling your request, then delete the correspondence we control within 90 days after resolution. You can request earlier deletion or ask us to stop responding by emailing fupposupport@gmail.com. We may retain information when legally required; if that affects your request, we will explain the reason. Email providers may retain backup or operational records under their own policies.

Website connection logs are managed by our hosting provider. Their retention follows the provider's applicable settings and policies. Contact us to request deletion of identifiable information we control; we will explain any limits on deleting provider-managed records.
